download for XP and install...run and follow instructions....make sure once the program loads to update it...and run IMMUNIZE after IMMUNIZE has run it will have found some things for you then hit the IMMUNIZE button again and it will fix the issues....do a scan with spybot as well...

then go here ---> www.ccleaner.com

download ccleaner and install and run...run bot the registrycleaner (it will ask if you want to backup before fixing problems and you will say YES !) and let it clean the computer as well...

REBOOT
