Update photos of my Malinois puppy and questions about his height.

He is currently 4 months and 10 days old male Malinois. He stands 48cm/19 inches and I was wondering is that normal height for a pup that age? Also his parents are on low side of standard, is it possible for him to be larger then his dad? His younger sister that isn't at my place is ways smaller then him. His mom is 21 inc while dad is around 23inches. He is already 19 inches. Thanks
