How do you go about getting an ear tattoo touched up? On Achilles's the numbers are plain as day, but making out the letters...impossible. It should read PB4139 and the P and B just look like messy boxes.

Is there a way to get this fixed? Is it "legal" under SV rules to do so?

Doesn't the ear tattoo have to be readable for shows and trials under SV rules?
