That's only about 135mph... very possible that it's real.

That Speedo is in kph, the conversion puts it at 146 mph,
not wise but doable in a place like Nevada with lots of open highway.

It's a motorcycle anyways, correct? And yeah, that would be possible..thought the highest-end off-the-shelf bikes would hit 60mph under three seconds?

I would love to WATCH someone do that. I am no good with vehicles other than cars. Wrecked bicycles (knocked myself out cold at the foot of Bud Wilkinson stadium, Becky and Greg!!!) and motorized stuff, took a snowmobile into the side of a customer's log cabin in the U.P. Murphy's Law kicks in big time on me and things prone to accidents with idiot drivers. Like me.

Anyone seen the trailers for the "Ghost Rider" movie w/Nicolas Cage? I don't know if it's just me, but that movie looks great! And I'm not one for comic book-based movies, but the last one I saw (V for Vendetta) was really cool. Too bad my fiance didn't understand 1/2 of what the guy said that made me smile/laugh! :lol:

Newbie here but that actually is an instrument cluster for a BMW motorcycle. Probably a K bike, possibly a new Rockster. Certainly somehwere in Europe as the American versions are sent over with MPH/KH instruments already installed.

Sorry, not trying to be a know-it-all-newbie, just spent the last 30 years of my life riding motorcycles and recently road racing bikes very similar to that BMW.

Second that. Good way to get whacked. I had a guy in a stock 5-series take me up to about 130 mph going into the Bavarian side of the Alps...in the snow...got to our destination and I was curled up in a ball.

Our European sales group is based in Munich, I always get to see those pretty, pretty BMWs. For a few milliseconds as the scream by. :wink:
