Stock/Hunting Dog Question

I have a dog that rings cattle perfect, same with catching hogs. Only downside is he barks on the way to the herd, and on the tail. I don't mind him barking at the game and stock of course. But he's only pushing them a bit away when he is barking in pursuit. How can I break this?

You really can't with a dog like that, unless you beat the barking out of it which may also cause a few issues of its own.
