He has suits against him and Nat'l Geo too, trying to get his "cruel" training methods off the air. These are by a PETA-type group, but I think, if I recall correctly, it's not PETA.
Cesar Millan Inc. --- I'd say that's probably the defendant. And it is a closely-held corporation (or was last time I looked it up), so it's really him.
And his facility is right smack in the middle of where many of his pack comes from, too. (Where else could it be.....where he wouldn't run into NIMBYs?) Hence the drive in vans up into the mountains every day for a run-and-walk-and-rest period with him, an assistant, and the pack, from dawn until mid-morning, and hence the treadmills and pools at the facility.
But you've all seen this, probably, on TV.
