Not true though, taser doesn't always work on dogs

It does seem that way, but actually what it does is scramble the electrical impulses your brain sends to the different parts of the body so that you just don't have control. From one that has had to "ride the lightening", I want to tell ya, it hurts. You're right, it's scary. I have to admit though, darn sometimes it's funny.
