I did it

I finally got my router installed

internet working on home computer

VPN working-I had never used it before; only used dial up to the server.

Vonage working - not as easy as I thought - that little device really wants to be away from everything else.

Printer installed (I got shipped on old Laserjet 1200 with no drivers and had to download something from HP and figure that one out)

GAK what a headache - now to start empyting out and figuring out where to put all the paper work and other stuff from years of being on cubicle world. FYI, the dogs let me know when the fed ex guy came with the printer :) - on the upside I think I will really like working from home.

Now I know how my 81 year old dad felt installing his first computer. This was all new stuff to me!!

Congratulations, getting all of that up is a rewarding experience. Make sure you did not inadvertently tie a power cord around your ankle, though.

Hmmmm

I must have mentioned somewhere about that fractured ankle July before last - of course that was a tracking line
