Hi, I'm Nettie, as in \"inter-Nettie\" cuz my owners found me thru the internet. They rescued me from the West L. A. German Shepherd rescue group. Whew, saved from a life living with some yuppie West L. A. family! I like San Diego a lot better. I can't remember what my past was like, and my owners don't know either. Not even sure how old I am, maybe 2?
I'm the 3rd GSD for my owners. Their last one was rescued like me. I guess their first one was pretty cool, a Schutzhund-trained one from Germany. I don't know Schutzhund from Shinola and probably never will! I'm happy just to chase the bees, a few bunnies and the birds around the yard and go for long walks, especially down at the beach. I get to meet a lot of new friends down there. Oh, and I like to come in the house and watch \"24\" and Cesar's show, although that last one is giving my owners ideas. I guess I'll have to learn a little obedience just to stay out of trouble.
My owner is a retard, or is it \"retired?\" and he's into woodworking, so I have to learn to steal the scrap wood rather than the finished products. Made that mistake once! Damn splinters aren't tasty anyway.
Aah, this is the good life! 8)
Check me out - I've got my own web page: www.woodencreations.us/Nettie.htm
BTW, my owner, Mike, had to type this for me.
