Hi,
I am a newbie in owning dogs.. I have adopted a dog 2 months ago. She is is almost 4 months - Dec 10th.. I have couple of inquiries:

I am a newbie in owning dogs.. I have adopted a dog 2 months ago. She is is almost 4 months - Dec 10th.. I have couple of inquiries:
- How much should I feed her per day - 3 times or 4 times.. 2 cups or 3 cups -- total weight 500 grams or 300 Grams of dry food?
- Although she is almost 4 months, but her ears not standing up yet.. what should I do?
- what is the breed of dog - I have attached couple of photos .. people saying she is a mixed between GSD Liver , and Black GSD>> and what is the expected color of it as she is changing colors
