Hi everone,

I just found this forum. Hoping, as always, to learn more and more about the working dog. I am trainer and behavior cosultant, have my own company. I only train pet dogs.

I recently got my first working GSD from Vom Banach K9. His name is Aros Vom Banach or "Caiman" for short. He 13 weeks old and I'm really enjoying him. I am going to train Caiman for either Schutzhund or Ringsport as I have both kinds of clubs within 45 mins of me. I have yet to decide and am looking forward to learning about you all and your dogs.

I personally enjoy ringsports more than schutzhund I'd look into ringsport thoroughly before making your choice.

I have looked into the RS club near me. The group is nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. I really liked it. Not too much ego from what I saw which was a nice change. I have not yet looked into the SchH club yet. Although emailing the TD for weeks now she seems like a very nice person as well.

I see many familiar names here!! Some I haven't seen for some time on the other forums.
