Hi Every one
I am in the process of looking for a doberman pup to do schutzhund with. I will be joining the Toronto Schutzhund Club. This will be my first time getting into this sport, however I'm not a newbie to dogs or training. I've been running a pet sitting business for the last 10yrs or so and have cared for many different dogs. The dobermans have always made a special impression on me with the increadible love they offer, they're beauty, intelligence, and such increadible fun factor.
Now I just have to find myself one!
If any one can offer any suggestions on breeders, I would appreciate that. I have a few breeders in mind currently. I'm still learning as I go so to speak, so I'm trying not to rush. I want to pick a dog I will be happy with.
I have one dog living with me right now, a 1yr old female maltese named Nismo. Don't picture a typical fifi fufu groomed and proper maltese
She's an all terain, 4x4, litte rocket with no limits. She'll run through mud, climb fallen trees, swim through the creek, balance on a slippery river rock... She can easilly outlast some of the big dogs while on the trail with me. Here she is on the trail with one of my clients' dog.
