Hello forum members,
When do you know your dog hobby has taken over your life? When you realize you sleep with a dog, all of your friends are trainers, vet techs or groomers plus you are dating a dog trainer, every picture in your house is of a dog, you spend your weekend at dogs trials and you are sleeping in doggy print pj's. Oh and did I mention I am a dog trainer by profession?
My interest in the working dog forum is to add another discussion board/forum to my favorites list. The longer the list, the more likely I will find a discussion "important" enough to keep me from the other things I need to do each day. What is life without distractions?
So here are some basic facts about me:
Female, not married, live in San Diego with two Malinois and two Border Terriers.
Started out with a Doberman, moved on to GSD's then kicked it up a notch with a switch to Malinois (about 13 years ago).
Breed Malinois under the kennel name Loups du Soleil.
Have titled dogs in almost every dog sport except agility (I hate to run) including IPO, French Ring and Mondioring.
Am the proud handler of Feist du Loups du Soleil IPO 3, MR3, FR 3 (1st leg), CD, TT, FMX, plus more titles in more silly sports.
Outspoken, opinionated and a too direct at times.
I look forward to many pleasant discussions (and a few unpleasant ones as well) with others on the list.
