My aunt and uncle are fostering my brother's 9 month old British Bulldog. She was purchahsed in Germany and is of Polish lines. Yesterday my aunt discovered an ear tatoo in the dog's right ear and asked me for info about the identification system/regisration. I really have no clue...
So do any of you have any info about this practice in bulldogs? Which agency mandates the tatooing? Or is this somethign teh breeder chose to do?
