Another dog in our club...A female Mali SchH III...She is a Super confident bitch.... very hard full grips... She is a daughter of Ivan's Turcodos van De Duvetorre

A hold and bark... I do not wear the sleeve on the right arm... we do this for the dogs so they get to see a different picture.

Hah, that was my question, I spent a bit of time in Great Neck. I always forget how big Long Island is.

LOL.... We train out in East Moriches.... On a huge sod farm... There has been a SchH club there for quite some time. Our old field was off of 25a for a long time....then the owner sold the property... so we hooked up with the group on the sod farm.

It really is a great field.... We have tracking galore there..... nice short grass for young & new dogs and for the advanced dogs we have high grass and tall brush.... Anyone who comes to trial or comes out from another club to train, always rave about the field..... But at this time of the year we freeze our arses off big time! We train no matter what... snow...rain.... We get out there and do it.... You have to train in all conditions, because come trial day you never know what mother nature has in store....LOL

I live out in Staten Island..I travel about 1hr & 45min. in the am and it takes me at least two hours to get home.... I don't care.... That's how good the training is at our club... I live on a dead end here in SI... twenty feet from my house is a goverment park...over 500 acres of grass to track... so I am spoiled big time.

Where do or did you guys train when you were out in Long Island?
