It good. Aimed at joe public, who has no idea about it.
I thought it was suggestive of you do each of 3 sections in consecutive order. 1: Tracking, THEN you do 2: etc etc
In my experience, they are all worked on simultaneously. But its rather simplistic, and clearly, has no explanation of what harsh or blended methods mean. Which given the pitch of the article, was perhaps wise.
