Rag? *edit for clairity* It's not my dog, so I don't know, but I guess it would depend on the individual. I haven't known too many APBT's that needed much of an excuse to work themselves out. They take to it pretty naturally.

The flirt/spring pole workouts are just plain fun for the dogs, they instinctively want to grip and hang onto the poles. Some dogs will work a springpole ALL day if you let them, they'll just hang there with eyes closed and back feet barely touching the ground.

Mill workouts are typically the same story, though some dogs need time to adjust to running them. It's important to supervise the mill workouts and know your dog's limits, this way you prevent overwork and injury.
