Why is it taking so long for my account to work!

Due to the manual checking part of the registration, it is dependant on the forum administrator to have time to do the manual authorizations on all user accounts. Generally this happens twice a day. Sometimes it happens once a day. On some rare occasions it can take a couple of days. After all, some people have a life outside of approving registrations on a forum

However, please be sure that you clicked the link in the email confirmation you should have received after signing up. If you didn't click that link then you'll be waiting infinitely.
