| BSL Seaford, Delaware For those who live in the Seaford, Delaware area watch out...BSL changes and the "new laws." The Seaford city council wants to target the Pit Bull and other breeds as dangerous dog breeds and to limit K-9 ownership. More information can be seen by looking at the Seaford Star. I have sent a letter to the paper's editor and hope others do the same. K-9 ownership or the lack there of is everyones business! |
