behaviour

Recently my male rottweiler has been licking the mouth and muzzle of the male pug that he used to try and kill. (Maybe kill is a little strong but there have been a few scraps since the Rottie was 8wks old - but none for a couple of months))

What is this all about? It's a submissive behaviour right?

Thanks
