OK so the \"Active Topics\" listing that many message boards have is proving to be a pain in the ass. This forum has a \"view new posts since last time I logged in\" type feature on the main index page at the top right, but I don't like it much. I'm trying to add the \"Active Topics\" feature, the link is there now but there's some issue with accessing the forums database that's screwing it up.

However, my temporary solution is the Active Topics listing I have on the MAIN PAGE of this site, at www.WorkingDogForum.com on the right hand side. It's not fancy looking or anything, but it'll kinda help you keep track of who's posting what. I really hope I can get Active Topics set up because that was my favorite feature for being able to keep track of conversations throughout an entire message board rather than just focusing on one single General Conversation forum.
