| Speaking of "the game" Thunder was trained totally motivational (No physical correction), aka Balabanov method, as some of you know. His call off still rocks after not having to put it to serious test for quite a while. Terraista, Carl (another herder) and myself were discussiong the days herding. All were standing by Terrasita's van. These cats have no fear of dogs and regularly try and punk any that come near them. One actually walked up to Thunder and put it's nose in his face. When Thunder did nothing but try and sniff the cat he got slapped in the face. Drew blood. Thunder went fot the cat and I holled 'quit". He did immediately! That was a different time. Sunday another cat came strutting out within feet of the dog and we didn't see it till Thunder took after it (Can't blame him). I heard Terrasita yell and turned and saw Thunder heading for the barn, full speed, about 6 inches off the cat's ass. I hollered "AAAHHH" and "Here". He did it all in one smooth motion. Proud of my boy! Now if I can just get that fast response on sheep.
