How have your training ideas evolved over time?
I am fundamentally doing the same now as when I started, I just fine tuned it over time - 2.44%

Retrieve - Motivational or Forced?

Do you train the retrieve motivationally or forced?

Why?

What do you see as the Pro's and Con's of each method?
